Consortia must be composed by SMEs from different countries or different sectors. How do we prove we belong to different sectors? Is there any kind of official categorization?
No, there is no need to provide any document testifying the sectors that SMEs belong to, however, during the evaluation, that issue will be assessed and, eventually, partners may ask the applicants for clarification.
Is it neccesary to provide a Consortium Agreement among parts in case of a collaborative proposal?
Yes, for collaborative projects it is mandatory to present a Consortium Agreement (CA) draft describing each partner role and responsibility, budget distribution and intellectual property rights. The CA can be uploaded in the “Optiona Documents” section of the Online Application Form.

Is it mandatory to provide a Subcontractor agreement in case of a project in which the activity of subcontractor(s) is required?
It is not mandatory. The subcontractor may not be identified at the time of the project submission. Providing at least a quotation allows to support the budget estimate and gives the possibility to choose the subcontractor afterwards
Is aquaculture in the scope of DIVA?
Yes, it is included as a sub-area of agriculture
Can two SMEs of the same company group be considered has two SMEs or it's a requirement to have a two fully independent SMEs?
There are no criteria of independence between SMEs. They could be part of the same holding. Still they should respect the PME criteria, particularly in terms of participation by a group (Nb of employees and turnover must be calculated prorata the capital participation of the group in the SME).
I'm interested to offer my services as subcontractors to potential DIVA applicants. Is it possible to provide an AgriTech Service information brochure to circulate to DIVA network , or is there a matchmaking platform to participate?
Each DIVA partner has registered and listed national subcontractors that may help SMEs in their project with the financial support of the DIVA vouchers. There is no official list and in noway these lists are made public. You can however send us a leaflet of your service offer ; we may contact you if we see an opportunity.
What's a ICT SME?
It is an SME that provides a competence in digital technologies. It can be ICT, modelling, sensors, IOT, etc. On the contrary of an agri-food compagny which specialises in agro-products or services (input, seeds, etc.)

Which cost category I have to consider for services provided by a demofarm?
supposing that the SME wins both vouchers/projects it is applying to DIVA, is the maximum amount they can be granted with (as SME) still 60.000€, or the two projects' atributed vouchers are independent and thus, the maximum rises to 60.000+60.000 ?
The maximum cumulated amount that an SME can receive during the whole DIVA period is 60 k€.
