SudExpé, is the Applied Research centre of the Languedoc, Rhône-Méditerranée production basin and the first experimental scheme for fruit and vegetables in the Occitania Region and the Far South East to meet the expectations of professionals in terms of innovation and applied research in a solid partnership with the Hérault and Gard Chambers of Agriculture and the Occitanie Regional Chamber of Agriculture.
SUDEXPE missions:
-As an applied research tool, SUDEXPE aims to provide operational responses to producers on issues specific to each species (variety selection and crop protection), as well as on strategic and transversal issues in several sectors (irrigation, machinery, agronomy, climate change, etc.).
- As an innovation centre, SUDEXPE is intended to be the relay for innovative operating system solutions for producers to enable them to anticipate tomorrow's societal demands (respect for the environment, biodiversity, water resources, etc.) and market challenges.
