HOLOFARM

HOLOFARM will build a unique map-based Mixed Reality (MR) visualisation panel for farmers and managers of IoT agriculturaldata. HOLOFARM will implement a MR Dashboard for headsets (we target Microsoft HoloLens(2)) that will allow farmers for the easy collection, management and visualisation of data coming from the field. HOLOFARM will offer a unified view of diverse multimodal agricultural data streams to the farm owners and managers (e.g., streaming data from IoT-enabled sensors such as cameras, environmental sensors, soil moisture, GPS and drones) so as to enable the effective monitoring, tracking, analysis, and correlation of data. This way, it will leverage the opportunities offered by modern technologies, such as IoT-enabled sensors and AR/MR by delivering pertinent information to both farmers and data owners.
