The SUPERPRODUCTEUR project puts farmers with HOtels, REstaurants and CAtering (HORECA) professionals directly into contact using new technology. The projects draws on the power of digital technology to develop a short food supply chains, in order to help local farmers and food producers to supply HORECA professionals with local, organic and responsible food products, while guaranteeing farmers and small food producers to increase their income and boosting their activity.
